The T2T Mission is for High School students to teach and demonstrate personal leadership to younger students through activities; and for all of the participants to feel more empowered to be leaders in their own life and in the community.
The Summits are developed and facilitated by our Teen Leaders. Each of the Leaders provides an authentic and relatable voice for middle school students to hear. The Teen Leaders introduce the middle school students to the ideas through fun and interactive activities in the following areas of growth.
1. Awareness of their own values
2. Understanding/Respecting others
3. Making good decisions in difficult and
challenging situations
This unique Summit is interactive and directly challenges the youth to explore their own values and decision-making.

The New 2011-12 Summit
This Summit is about showing personal leadership by creating healthy relationships and connections. Whether you feel alone or popular, everyday you make choices about how you treat others and how you expect others to treat you.
Through fun and interactive activities, we will explore 3 big questions:
1. What do healthy relationships look like?
2. How do you create them?
3. What would you do to be liked
Eligibility: Must be in 7-8 grades and in Dist. 50 or 56 schools or a Warren Township resident.
The program is designed for youth who display personal leadership qualities or would like to develop those those skills
